Hi Chris,
Happy Friday. I’m going through the sales that have come through over here in our office and confirming sale details. The plans we originally had in the permit stated a finished basement with 3 bed and 3 baths. 

I see on the MLS it’s listed as 2 bed/1 bath home and the listing description says an unfinished lower level. However there also does appear to be 610sq ft of below grade finish listed in the MLS as well. 

I’m just trying to find out if this did in fact have a finished basement being sold at the 370K or if this was unfinished and the permit information we have was incorrect.
